MoringaoleiferaLam., originally from India, is a perennial tropical deciduous tree of moringa oleifera, moringa family. It is widely planted in tropical and subtropical areas of Asia and Africa, and introduced and cultivated in Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan, Fujian, Taiwan and other places in China. Moringa oleifera, as a new resource food, has the advantages of strong environmental adaptability, rapid growth, comprehensive nutrition and biological activity. It has a long history of application in Traditional Indian medicine and has a potential development prospect.
Function:
The results showed that moringa oleifera leaves were rich in protein (the crude protein content of dry leaves was 27.0%-30.3%). There were 19 kinds of amino acids in moringa oleifera leaves extracts, among which glutamic acid, aspartic acid, threonine, valine and alanine were the most abundant. At the same time, moringa oleifera leaves are rich in a variety of minerals, vitamins, unsaturated chemicalbooks, fatty acids, glycosides and polyphenols, sterols, alkaloids and other small molecular active substances. Moringa leaves have antioxidant, antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, hypoglycemic, blood lowering, blood pressure lowering, anti-tumor, liver protection, improve renal dysfunction, inhibit DNA oxidative damage, regulate intestinal microorganisms, anti-ulcer and other biological activities.
