Description:

Lupinus micranthus Guss is an annual plant growing to 70 cm tall. Stem base branched, palmately compound leaves, leaflets needle-shaped to needle-shaped, thick leaves, racemes terminal, inflorescences slender, pedicels very short, calyx 2-lipped, bristly, corolla blue, flag and keel petals with white stripes. Pod oblong linear, seeds ovate, flat, striped, smooth. Flowering from March to May, fruiting from April to July.
