Capsaicin powder is extracted from the fruit of chili peppers. Capsaicin is a white powder, easily soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol, petroleum ether, acetone, chloroform, and benzene. Capsaicin helps to be anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antibacterial, and antioxidant. It also aids in cardiovascular protection, liver protection and digestive improvement. Capsaicin powder can be used in food, medicine, supplements, cosmetics, pesticides, feed, military weapons (such as tear gas), etc.
Function
1. Effects on the digestive system, it has the effect of promoting appetite and improving digestion.
2. Antibacterial and insecticidal effect,Capsaicin had significant inhibition on Bacillus cereus and Bacillus subtilis.
3. Effects on the circulatory system,spicy substances (ginger, pepper, and especially chilies) can stimulate taste receptors on the tongue. Causes a reflexive rise in blood pressure (especially diastolic) with no apparent effect on the pulse.
