Description:
Chinese chinensis (scientific name: Potentilla chinensis Ser.) is a genus of Rosaceae. Perennial herb. Roots stout, cylindrical, slightly lignified. The flower stems are erect or ascending, 20- 70 cm high, and the leaves are pinnately compound, with cauline leaf stipules herbaceous, green, with sharply lobed edges. Corymbose cymes, sepals triangular- ovate, petals yellow, broadly obovate, apex slightly concave, slightly longer than sepals; style nearly terminal. Achenes ovoid, dark brown, with distinct wrinkles. Flowering and fruiting period from April to October
