Description:
Sunflower lecithin consists of three types of phospholipids, phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and phosphatidylinositol (PI) .It is extracted from Sunfower oil and is generally used as a natural emulsifier or stabilizer in various food applications.It is also used in Baked Goods, Caramel Corn, Cheese, Non Dairy Creams, Whole Milk Powders, Chocolate /Cocoa etc . Sunflower Lecithin is a form of human cell membrane, particularly important component of brain cells, its human cell growth, metabolism and regulate the physiological functions of organs heart and brain play an important role.
