Black Ginger is a herbaceous plant which belongs to the Zingiberaceae family and is scientifically famous as Kaempferia
parviflora. It is famous for its use by different names in different parts of the world for e.g. it's name Krachai Dam in Thailand and in Japan it is commonly famous as 'Black Turmeric.'The best quality of black ginger which used for extraction is mainly from Thailand.
