Description:
Psyllium (Psyllium) is a kind of herbal medicine in the Ginuceae family, which is native to India and Iran. It is also cultivated in Mediterranean countries, such as France and Spain.The stem is short and thick, the leaves are long and oval, and the seeds contain Aucubine, enzyme, fat, Mucilage and other components.
