Description:
Strawberry, is a perennial herb.Stems 10 -- 40 cm tall, below or nearly equal to leaves, densely spreading yellow pilose.Leaves 3-leaved, petiolate, thicker, obovate or rhomboid, dark green above, glabrous, pale green below, sparsely hairy, denser along veins;Petiole densely spreading yellow pubescent.Inflorescence masked by a short stipe of leaflet;Flowers bisexual;Sepals ovate, slightly longer than sepals;Petals white, suborbicular or obovate-elliptic.Aggregate fruit large, persistent sepals erect, adherent to fruit;Achene apiculate ovate smooth.Flowering from April to may, fruiting from May to July.
