INTRODUCTION:
 

Soapberry is a plant in the genus Sapindus, native to warm temperate to tropical regions. The berries of these plants contain a natural, low-sudsing detergent called saponin. The drupes (soapnuts) contain saponins which is a natural surfactant. They have been used for washing for thousands of years by native peoples in Asia and Native Americans. Soapnuts are being considered and used for cosmetics and detergents and so on.

Function:
 

1. Saponin has strong decontamination ability, easy degradation, and no harmful residue, easy to wash, no odor, little irritation to the skin, and can be used for skin cleaning.

2. It has a strong role in reducing surface tension and has antibacterial beauty, sterilization and anti-inflammatory, anti-dandruff and anti-itching, freckle and acne removal, whitening, skin disease prevention and other effects on human skin.

3. Saponins are also good pesticide emulsifiers.

4. Saponins have anti-tumor, anti-viral, anti-fungal, blood pressure lowering and other pharmacological effects.

 

Application: 

1. Used for the preparation of hand sanitizer, shower gel, shampoo, soap, cosmetics and other products;
